C-Suite Outlook 2022: Human Capital
As we launch into 2022, what are the top human capital concerns of business leaders around the world?
This year’s annual survey of the C-suite provides fascinating insights. For instance, remote work is here to stay. Nearly double the percentage of CEOs, both in the US and globally, now plan to have remote-heavy workforces.
Aligned with this commitment to remote work, US CEOs rank offering flexible work arrangements as a considerably higher priority than their global peers. Our research shows this flexibility is critical for employee retention. And retention is key; CEOs across all regions rank finding and keeping employees as their top internal priority.
This year, we received insights from over 1,600 business executives, including over 900 CEOs from around the world. While CEO and C-suite priorities certainly vary by company, we believe this report can prompt new ideas and offer insights for what’s ahead into challenges shared by many organizations. It discusses several strategies and tactics to compete in a global marketplace.
